You’ll need to create a username and password. These details will be needed each time you sign in.

  • Your mortgage account number (see your annual mortgage statement or a recent letter we’ve sent you).
  • The postcode of your mortgaged property (the ‘security address’).
  • Your date of birth.

For joint accounts, each person will need to register individually to use the service.

Problems using Self-Serve

Forgotten your password, username or passcode – just click ‘Forgotten Password/Username’ within Self-Serve and follow the instructions.

Locked out of your account or don’t have access to your UK phone number – please call us for support.

Making debit card payments

Debit card payments made via Self-Serve after 9pm on weekdays (including bank holidays) or after 5pm on Saturday or Sunday will be applied to your account the following day.

If we don’t receive your monthly payment on the last working day of the month in which it’s due,  your account could fall into arrears, and that may have a negative impact on your credit file.

You’ll see an immediate confirmation on screen that we’ve taken your payment. However, depending on when you make a payment, it may take up to 48 hours to show as a recent payment in Self-Serve.

If your account is in arrears, you may be unable to make your card payment via Self-Serve. If we don’t accept your debit card payment via Self-Serve, you’ll see a prompt asking you to call us instead.
