Fees & charges

Following the transfer of your mortgage, we’re now responsible for setting the fees & charges that may apply.  

You can see details of all our fees and charges in our Tariff of Mortgage Charges document. 

Some of the fees we charge are now lower than with your former lender – and we’ve recently removed some fees altogether.

When looking at the fees other firms charge, you may notice some that don’t appear in our tariff. This means we don’t charge you these fees.
