Planned system maintenance
We’ll be closed because of essential maintenance over some weekends in September and early October. The dates currently planned for closure are 27-28 September and 4-5 October.
Over the weekend of 27-28 September our services will be affected as follows:
- If you’re having problems making your monthly payments, our phones lines will be available as normal until 1pm on Saturday.
- From 1pm all our phone lines (including our telephone automated payment service) will be closed.
- Our online Self-Serve system will be unavailable from 1pm on Saturday until 7am Sunday.
- On Sunday, Self-Serve will be available, and our telephone automated payment service available, from 7am to 5pm.
Over the weekend of 4-5 October, we will be fully closed all weekend.
Remember, if we don’t receive your monthly payment by the end of the month in which it’s due, your account could fall into arrears, and that may have a negative impact on your credit file. If you would usually sign in to Self-Serve or call us to make your monthly payment on these dates, please arrange to do so either before or after these weekend closures. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
