Planned system maintenance

We’ll be closed because of essential maintenance over the weekends of 4-5 October and 11-12 October.

All our phone lines (including our automated payment service) will be closed, and our online Self-Serve system will also be unavailable.

If you would usually sign in to Self-Serve or call us to make your monthly payment on these dates, please arrange to do so either before or after these weekend closures. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Remember, if we don’t receive your monthly payment by the end of the month in which it’s due, your account could fall into arrears, and that may have a negative impact on your credit file.
