Making your payments
If you don’t pay by Direct Debit, you’ll need to ensure that we receive your payment before the end of December. If you usually call us to make a debit card payment, please make sure you’re aware of our opening times, as you may need to contact us earlier than usual this month.
If you make a bank transfer payment on the last working day of the month (31 December 2024) then you’ll need to pay before 1.45pm. If we don’t receive your payment by 1.45pm your account could fall into arrears, and that may have a negative impact on your credit file.
