If you need to call us over the Easter weekend, please note that our phone lines will be closed on Friday 18 April and Monday 21 April.

Outside of these two bank holidays, we’re open as normal. You can see our opening times on our contact us page.

Making your monthly payment

The simplest way to make your monthly payments is by Direct Debit. It’s free, easy to set up, and you don’t have to worry about forgetting to make a payment, because we ask your bank for your payment on or around the same date every month.
